Marshall Arts, saying no to customer requests
I hate saying no. Especialy to customers who want to buy from me. But it’s happened this week, and it’s actually a good thing on reflection. At this time of year many of our retail customers have clearance sales and it’s a great way for us all to clear old stock, and the buying public to get genuine bargains.
Over the last year we have worked hard to streamline our production and new product design, and have seen the benefits right through our business, until now! We don’t have a pile collecting dust in corner! Saying no can be good!
